BEFORE YOUR FIRST VISIT

We discuss your health history, symptoms and goals, then agree your treatment. You will have privacy to change, and only the area being treated is uncovered. Tell us what feels comfortable; you can ask questions, change the pressure or stop at any time.

Pay by cash or bank transfer on the day or within 24 hours. Kinesiology tape costs £5 extra if required. Rachel’s mobile visits beyond 10 miles carry a £5 fuel surcharge.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are charged at 50% of the appointment price. Missed appointments without notice are charged in full.

If you have a contagious illness, contact your therapist before attending so we can discuss rearranging your appointment.
